| John McClark was born in 1984 in East Yorkshire. He grew up in a suburb of Hull and attended Wolfreton School until 2002. Between 2002 and 2004 he studied German and Linguistics at the University of Leeds, where he also sat on the committee of the LGBT Society. He worked as a Volunteer with Leeds Student Community Action, mainly volunteering on Children's projects. | 
John now works as a casin o host aboard Carnival Cruise Lines. He lives in Alwoodley, Leeds. He is writing his second poetry collection and has a sister, Samantha.. |
